The root chakra, also known as Muladhara, is the first chakra and is located at the base of the spine, between the perineum and the lower spine, and deep in the pelvic floor. The word Muladhara comes from the Sanskrit words Mula meaning "root" and Adhara meaning "support" or "base". The root chakra is associated with the color red and the Earth element
The root chakra is believed to provide a foundation for life, helping people feel grounded and able to withstand challenges. It's linked to feelings of security, safety, and survival, as well as familial relationships, a sense of home, and a relationship to the world around you. A balanced root chakra is also associated with focus, presence, dependability, reliability, responsibility, and a sense of belonging

Nag Champa
Nag champa flowers are traditionally used as offerings for Indian Gods due to their ability to cleanse the home, purify the air of negative energies, and create an environment conducive to meditation and relaxation. It emanates a spiritual aura both within you and around your home. It is believed to help you clear your mind, calm your breath, and sleep better, so you can use it anywhere. Nag champa is preferred for its earthly connections. It is an Indian fragrance made from the sacred Champaca flower (also known as Frangipani) and sandalwood natural oils from India and Nepal. It forms the aromatic base for the incense. This aromatic concoction was combined with resin and clean sawdust before artisans hand-rolled the finest Nag Champa incense sticks.
