Q: What kind of wax are your candles?
A: We use a premium, custom blend of coconut, apricot, and soy wax for all of our candles and melts.
Q: I don't like the candle I ordered, what do I do?
A: We are so sorry that you do not like your candle! We do not accept returns on items that have been used or on any personal care items due to the nature of those items, but unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Customers are responsible for shipping and safely repackaging the item. Please contact us at Wolfmoonapothecarytx@gmail.com so that we can assist you further.
Q: Are your candles/melts Vegan?
A: All of our products are Vegetarian. We cannot confidently say our products are Vegan due to the nature of proprietary blends and trademarked ingredient lists by companies that cannot be obtained. Products that we are confident are 100% Vegan, will be included in their description. =)
Q: Are your candles paraffin-free?
A: Absolutely! We do not add paraffin in our candles.
Q: Are your candles scented with essential oils?
A: Our candles are crafted with fragrance oils that are safe for use in candles. Fragrance oil blends may contain essential or other natural oils as a part of their proprietary blends that are deemed safe for candle use per FDA regulations.
Q: My candle arrived damaged or is otherwise defective, what do I do?
A: Please send us a message at Wolfmoonapothecarytx@gmail.com and include a picture of your candle and box along with your order number. We will assist you on fixing your order and replace any broken or damaged products if they were damaged in the mail.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Processing times for your order changes throughout the year based on several factors, including order volume and resource shortages. We update our processing time as necessary - you can always find that information at the top of the webpage if there is an extended processing period. Standard processing is 3-5 business days. After your order is processed, shipping times may vary based on current mail system volume - we have no control or influence over mail transit times. We cannot guarantee shipping arrivals, once a package leaves our care, it is in the hands of either USPS or UPS.
Q: I am a reiki healer, tarot reader, wellness professional/influencer and would like to use your product or give a review in a video or post on social media, am I allowed to do that?
A: ABSOLUTELY! Please send us a message at Wolfmoonapothecarytx@gmail.com and talk to us, we would be happy to work with you and you may even get some sparkly perks for doing so! Please include a link to your business page and instagram/tiktok. =) You may also use the Chat Feature via the website.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts and wholesale?
A: Yes! We offer wholesale and bulk discount opportunities to brick and mortar businesses and subscription-based businesses. For more information about our wholesale options and pricing, please send us a message at WolfmoonapothecaryTx@gmail.com. To expedite the process, please provide us with a little information about your business, expectations, interests, and deadlines. We do NOT Provide private labeling at this time. Please do not use the chat feature for this unless you have a quick query, applications and official inquiries must be made via email. You must be a registered business.
Q: I have an idea for a custom candle, would you create it for me and how much would it cost?
A: We love to hear about your ideas! You are welcome to email us any ideas or queries you may have about a candle at WolfmoonapothecaryTx@gmail.com. We charge an additional, one-time fee of $5 (per custom item) just to cover any extra materials and design time. We do NOT offer design services or custom, specialized Labeling. We will use our labeling template and do our best to fit it to your inspiration.
You may name your candle whatever you'd like.
You may choose your candle color.
You may choose your scent based on what we currently have available.
If you have print-ready artwork (that you own the rights to), we will try to use it! (but welcome concept art and pin boards for inspiration)
We would be happy to personalize your order if you are intending to give it as a gift with a personal card or note, and wrap it if desired.

Q: Do you test your skincare products on animals?
A: Absolutely not!! All our products are Vegan Friendly and Cruelty Free.
Q: Where do you source your magnesium ingredients?
A: The bases for all our transdermal magnesium therapy products are made by hand and on-site, right down to the oils that are made from flake. The flakes we use to create our magnesium products are sourced from the Dead Sea and also contain additional vitamins an minerals important to our bodies.
