To be clear, the Magnesium is EXTRA strength, not the Blue Lotus. Blue Lotus potency is a personal choice. These are more than strong enough!

This is going to be too strong for the little ones at over 6,000 mg of pure Magnesium per bottle, so be mindful of that as well. Also note, Blue Lotus has been know to cause lucid dreaming, for those that are sensitive.
